Organic Pinto Beans – CHINA
Pinto beans are a familiar speckled bean, used in Mexican cooking, particularly for refried beans.
Soak beans for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse and place in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 1 hour or until tender.
