Organic Pearled Barley
Organic Pearled Barley is the barley grain which has had the bran removed. It's great in soups, salads and as a substitute for rice. To cook place the barley in water or stock, using a 1:3 ratio of barley to liquid. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer for approximately 25 minutes until it's chewy.
