Organic Bulghur Wheat
Bulgur wheat is made by blanching the groats, drying and then crushing them into smaller fragments. It is used in many Middle Eastern dishes such as tabbouleh and in stews.
Cover the bulgur with boiling water and let stand for about 45 - 60 mins.
