Organic Mung Beans – CHINA
Mung beans are small, green legumes, widely used for sprouting but also great for whipping up a delicious mung dahl.
Soak beans for 2 - 4 hours.
Drain and rinse, and place into a pot of cold water.
Bring to the boil, then reduce head and cook for about 25 - 30 minutes until tender.
