Organic Long-grain Brown Rice
Long-grain brown rice is a full-flavoured, nutty rice and is an excellent source of whole grain, as the bran and germ of the grain are still attached. As such, brown rice is more nutritious and higher in fibre than white rice.
Bring to a boil in a pot with a 1:2.5 ratio of water to rice.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 35 - 40 minutes or until tender.
