Les Deux Cols Cuvée d`Alizée
Grape variety: 55% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 10% Cinsault.
Terroirs: Located in the commune of Estézargues (Gard) Clayey-sandy and rolled pebbles.
Age of the vines: 30 years of average age.
Driving mode: A density of 4000 vines/ha. Cup size, no herbicides or insecticides.
Annual Production: 10,000 bottles.
Vinification/Aging: The harvest date is defined by analysis and tasting of the berries.
The grapes are 100% crushed and destemmed.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with daily light pumping over. Malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel tanks. Light racking-aging on fine lees for 6 months.
Tasting: A dark red, purplish color.
Rich nose with aromas of red fruits and nuances of spices. An ample and greedy mouth.
Serving temperature: We recommend slightly cool around 16 degrees.
Ageing: Drink within 3-4 years.
