Organic Green Split Peas
Green split peas are green peas that have been dried, shelled and split. They do not require prior soaking, are high in protein, and are great in recipes for soups and dahls.
Rinse and drain the split peas, removing any pieces of grit or residue.
Place in a pot, bring to a simmer and cook for about 30 - 40 minutes until tender.
