Organic Cannellini Beans – Small
Cannellini beans have a nutty, earthy flavour, and are great in stews and soups; indeed they are often found in minestrone.
Soak in lots of cold water for a minimum of 5 hours
Drain and rinse, and then put them in a pot with water and bring to the boil for 10 minutes, scooping off any foam that forms on the surface.
Simmer for 60 - 90 minutes, or until tender.
