Organic Black Beans
Black beans may be small but they pack plenty of punch. They are very versatile and are excellent in Mexican food such as burritos and fajitas, as well as in bean burgers.
Soak beans in plenty of water for 12 hours.
Drain and rinse and place in a pot. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 - 2 hours or until soft.
Do not add salt during the cooking process, as it may make the skins tough.
