Delivery
Our team in the shop picks, packs, and posts orders as quickly as they can, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Deliveries can take longer during busy periods and bank holidays.
Delivery within Ireland
We can deliver ambient items anywhere on the island of Ireland. At this time, fresh and chilled items can only be delivered within County Dublin, and frozen items are not available for delivery to any county.
Delivery times within Ireland are not guaranteed, but typically take 3-5 days once the order is received.
- Free shipping within Ireland for orders over €100
- Orders between €50-99.99 ship for €6.50
- Orders between €0-49.99 ship for €8.95
International Delivery
Plans are in motion to start shipping to Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), Channel Islands and Isle of Man, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, but we’re not quite there yet — stay tuned! To inquire about delivery to other EU countries, please email us at orders@noms.ie.
Please note that we cannot ship liquids, fresh, chilled, or frozen items internationally.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your box has been delivered to your address or left in your designated safe place, responsibility transfers to you. We cannot take responsibility for spoilage, damage, or theft caused by deliveries being left outside.
Failed Deliveries
If a courier cannot access your address, or if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee redelivery. No refund can be issued where delivery failed due to incorrect address details or lack of access. If you provide incorrect address details and do not notify us immediately, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service at both our Phibsborough and Ashbourne shops. Please allow 72 hours for us to pack your order. It likely will be ready sooner, but please wait until you receive an email from us before you head down to the shop!
All Click & Collect orders much be collected within 7 days of purchase date.
Out of Stock
Sometimes we may be out of stock of an item that you order and we apologise in advance if that’s the case. We will email or ring you to offer an alternative, refund the missing item, or send it out at a later date.
Packaging
In an effort to reduce single-use waste, we reuse shipping boxes, so your delivery may arrive in a box that does not reflect its contents.
Any loose items from our “refill” section will be packaged either in compostable brown paper bags with compostable tape or in clean glass jars. Shop our plastic-free packaging items to join the low-waste movement! Liquid refills, such as household cleaners and oils, will be packed in clean pre-used containers (possibly glass).
Allergens
While every effort is taken to reduce cross-contimation, items from our refill section are packaged in an environment that contains gluten, nuts, and seeds.
