“It didn’t happen over night but the more conscious I became of the products I was buying and the impact they were having on my own health and the health of the planet, the more I knew I needed to make some changes”.
Naomi, Noms store owner
At Noms, we believe in “closing the loop” and taking accountability for our own waste, rather than pushing it onto someone else. There’s no Planet B, so let’s look after the one we have. Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle, Rot.
99% of our products are available as refills, including our fruit, veg, dry ingredients, and eco-friendly household items. Whether you choose to use our paper bags and sanitized jars, or refill your own container from home, no new plastic will be introduced into the cycle.
Noms is predominantly a plant-based shop, from our supplements to our dairy-free alternatives (we have a vegan cheese for every occasion!). During the spring and summer months we stock organic Irish eggs from local farms.

Made in Store
Our coffee is an Organic Fairtrade Medium Roast from Colombia, roasted by Mahers Roastery, a family-run business based in Cork. Order an americano or latte and enjoy while you browse, or take it with you in one of our 2GoCups. Better still, get 30c off when you bring your own KeepCup!
Not a coffee fan? Try one of our Organic Spiced Turmeric Lattes, Medicinal Mushroom Lattes, Japanese Matcha Lattes, or Delicious Dairy-Free Hot Chocolates. We use agave syrup to sweeten all of our hot drinks, but they can be ordered sweetener free, if you are already sweet enough!
Because we only use dairy-free milks in our shop, opting for the plant-based option no longer has to cost you extra! Choose from almond, soy, coconut, or our best-seller, Oatly Barista.
Juices & Smoothies
We make a variety of cold-pressed, raw, organic juices in store. Try our Immune Boost or Zingy Zest with Japanese Matcha, to put an extra pep in our step. Check out our full range here.
In an effort to reduce single-use waste, we serve all of our juices and smoothies in returnable glass bottles, which include a 50c deposit that you will receive back upon return.
Come try our Dublin-famous homemade kombucha! The base is composed of twice-filtered water, organic black sencha tea, and organic cane sugar, which we then mix with freshly-made juice. Our kombucha is available in 250ml, 500ml, and 1L clip-top bottles, which include a €2 deposit, refunded on bottle return.
Vegan Baked Goods
We make our own banana bread and cookies in store, using only organic ingredients. Our banana bread contains no refined sugar, but is sweetened with a little agave syrup and dates. Our cookies contain real chocolate buttons and are frightfully addictive!
Hummus & Harissa
We also make our own organic hummus and harissa, which are great additions to many meals! Both are sold in clip-top kilner style jars with a €2 deposit, however, feel free to bring your own container and take as little or as much as you’d like.
